Reserve Your 2023 Exhibit Space
As we continue final preparations for SOUTHTEC 2021 we are also planning for SOUTHTEC 2023 — scheduled for October 24-26 at the Greenville Convention Center in Greenville, South Carolina. As part of our continued Customer First Program, we are pleased to offer you first access to the 2023 exhibit space selection.
The space reservation process begins September 16, 2021, and continues through October 1, 2021. Following this period we will place, in priority ranking order, all space reservations received. Submitting your SOUTHTEC 2023 space reservation before SOUTHTEC 2021 allows those of you participating in this year’s event to have more time on-site to focus on meeting with customers and managing your booth presence.
3 Important Steps for SOUTHTEC 2023 Priority Booking
- Review the 2023 floor plan and complete the Exhibit Space Request Form. Provide your top 4 booth choices on this form. As your first choice may not be available, we recommend selecting booths in different areas of the floor.
- Sign the Exhibit Space Contract. Carefully review the information on the contract, including rates and payment schedule. A digital signature is required on the first page and your initials are required on the second page.
- Email the Exhibit Space Request Form and the signed Exhibit Space Contract to southtec@sme.org by Friday, October 1, 2021. Exhibitors who do not submit these documents by October 1 lose the value of your priority ranking in the selection of space.
