Acorn is the industry pioneer manufacturer and distributor of Nylacron™, precision wheels for casters, guide wheels, rollers and custom applications.

We will also be displaying Vulkollan™ technical wheels for automotive, automation applications, such as guide wheels, drive wheels, AGV’s, conveying, hoists, cranes and material handling equipment.

Acorn has a large inventory of standard Vulkollan™ wheels, that can be modified in our plant to meet any specification. Including: custom sized bearings, keyways, etc.

New Heavy Duty Kingpinless total lock series casters with adjustable brakes will be show with Nylacron™ and Vulkollan™ premium urethane wheels.

In-plant technical assistance is offered for all types of replacement casters or wheels. At the end of an in-plant survey, documentation for each caster and wheel is provided.

Acorn sells direct to any company or to their in-plant supplier/service contractor. All shipments cartons are labeled properly in accordance with customer requirements.
