Throughout her tenure, she has advanced through various roles, consistently focusing on the recruitment, growth, and upskilling of technical maintenance talent across the region. In her current role as Director of The Talent Campus Michelin, Robin leads external training initiatives designed to elevate the skills of the manufacturing maintenance workforce.
